Deadlift form check! : xxfitness


135×6, 95×10, 1.5 speed.

I haven’t had boredom since high school football and the previous two ball moves, but I’ve been back to the gym regularly for three months now and I want to get back to some good traditional moves.

There are two deadlift clips in this imgur video, the first at 135×6 and the second at 95×10 (though they did the opposite at the gym). Clips are at 1.5 speed to make your viewing a little less cumbersome :).

I think my negative needs work a bit, but other than that, I felt pretty good about form. I’d like a check to make sure before I go ahead.
