Updated squat form control: xxfitness


Hi! I submitted it a few weeks ago to get feedback on my squat form. The primary criticism was that the video didn’t show my feet (oops), so I fixed that and uploaded the videos from two different angles (although from two different days).

I’m also trying to find a better foot position for me. Still struggling with it but it seems that a wider stance with attention to toes is most natural. I’m also still having trouble properly supporting my kernel.

Any additional feedback or tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
