Lose 25 Pounds of Fat by July 4th


I live the fitness lifestyle year-round, 360 days a year, seven days a week, and 24 hours a day. I understand that not everyone does this. But if there are seasons to regroup and practice great nutrition and fitness guidelines, spring is one of them. People are generally more active this time of year, going out after a long and cold winter. Now is the time to come up with an aggressive plan of attack to shed the excess weight and body fat that has accumulated over the combined chilly weather and a perfect display of discipline during holiday celebrations. It is a favorable time, especially after the disturbance that has descended upon society in the last two years. It’s time to renew yourself. It’s time to get out of the self-imposed routine. Go outside, dust and get started. About 12 pounds of body fat can be reduced each month, so the potential between May and June is 24 pounds of body fat loss. Now imagine how good that feels during the months when the sun and the temperature are increasing day by day. Imagine how great it would feel to lose 25 pounds of body fat by the 4th of July. It can be done. It is only necessary to have a plan of attack and put it into practice. Step by step, one day at a time, and before you know it, you’re creating a better lifestyle, making healthier choices for yourself, feeling great, fitting comfortably in clothing, improving breathing and circulation, growing stronger and faster, and doing an incredible job. I feel energy. It just takes action. If you have a plan, execute it. Move on. You’ll be glad you did. You will see the difference and feel the difference. Even if your plan of attack is to exercise only three to four days a week, you will see results if your nutrition and fluid intake are in place seven days a week. Try to improve every day. Set guidelines for yourself and have the perfect discipline to stay within those guidelines. Follow the guidelines and take action every day. Purchase, cook and prepare meals in advance. Schedule time to eat, exercise and rest and stay on track. This is the time to do it. No more procrastination, no excuses, no resentment, no more anger. Finish and start over.
