Squat form control? : xxfitness


I’ve always hated squat moves because they don’t come naturally to me, but I tried to incorporate them into my training program. I feel like my thighs are quite long, and although I squat with a fairly wide stance, I tend to lean forward a little too much with my torso. I don’t know if that’s how the tech and squat works with my anatomy or if I just need to work on it?
