How do you know if you’ve recompiled? : xxfitness

Hi, I’m not sure if this is allowed here but I would really appreciate any advice to see if I’m on the right track! I haven’t been lifting very consistently for about 7 years, but recently I’ve started to take it seriously and look at my nutrition and protein intake. I do gymnastics for an hour and 15 minutes 6 times a week (reddit PPL program), 2x kickboxing and 1-2x swimming, which means about 11 1/2 hours of exercise a week, other than that I’m pretty inactive, plus take about 12k steps a day. I used a bunch of different calculators to get my TDEE of around 2,100 (I’m 5’7”). I eat this on a really consistent basis with around 140-160g of protein and most of my lifts go up, but my thighs are huge and I constantly feel puffy. In 3-4 weeks, I went from 127lbs, which is almost half a stone, to 133lbs. Most of my measurements are the same. I can’t tell if it’s bloating and am I eating extra or a repeat with a lot of bloating. I stress about whether to cut calories or keep at it. Also here are the pictures: Thank you for any response!
