RDL beginner – looking for form tips, progression stories:


Hey guys! I recently posted and got great feedback, read the wiki and was hoping to get more feedback on my form. I’ll start by saying I know I need new shoes. I am obviously rocking on my feet as I wear padded running shoes, so any suggestions for good shoes are appreciated. Other than that, there are questions about when I should increase weights, how often I should do them, when can I raise them to full deadlifts, etc. I want to know a little more about it.
