I used to be a powerlifter but quit because of sciatic pain. I recently started again, but I can’t tell if my deadlifts are rolling or not. I’m really embarrassed about shooting at the gym, so this is the only video I have. Any help is appreciated.
Also, I didn’t have major back pain after my deadlift session, but woke up the next day with mild pain. I can’t tell if this is acceptable pain or a flare-up of my old wound.
