What results can I expect when I do this for 8 weeks? : xxfitness

I am 29.5 feet 4 (163 cm), 54 kg (119 lbs) and I gave birth to my first baby 10 weeks ago. I reached 65 kg (143 lbs) during my pregnancy and before pregnancy I was 50 kg (110 lbs).

Now I hate the way I look. I carry fat on my stomach and hips. Now I have the energy and time to fix this. My goal is to lose excess fat and replace it with muscle so I don’t lose too much of my overall body weight. Also, I want to define my abs after that fat is gone.

This is my body now.

Until a few days ago, I was snacking a lot, walking only 20 minutes a day, and sitting for the rest of the time. I have a very weak core and struggle with basic core exercises.

A few days ago, I started cutting out almost all snacks between meals and being more aware of what I’m eating for meals in general. Now I almost always experience a minor calorie deficit. I also walk for at least 1 hour (usually 1.5 hours) a day and have started walking. Chloe Ting’s 18 Day Tummy Tummy Challenge yesterday.

If I keep doing this, what can I achieve in 8 weeks? I want to know that I’ve done enough to finally look better, or if I don’t, I want to make changes. Any thoughts or advice would be great please!
