Hello there! I have a garage gym with a power rack/barbell/flat bench/weight plates and I follow a program similar to this Barbell Medicine’s initial subscription . Starting next week, I will have access to a full gym (all machines, cables, etc.) once a week.*
If you only had access to machines once a week, what would you prioritize? I’m a 27F that has been up and down for 2 years. I prioritize overall strength and would love to support my squat/DL/BP/OHP and work towards an upward pull.
*I teach yoga class once a week at this gym, so I will train after class. I have a membership as an employee and can go a few times a week, but it’s very hard to reach and I have a garage gym
